Abstract
Abstract accepted for 15th congress of Croatian society for endoscopic surgery, will be printed in special edition of Acta Chirurgica Croatica.
Instruction for presenters and poster exhibit
Oral presentation can be made in Croatian or English language
Presentation (made in Power Point) MUST be in English
For invited speakers plenary session lectures and educational video presentations should not exceed 13 minutes
For free topics oral presentations and video presentations we anticipated 7 minutes for lecture and 3 minutes for discussion.
We invite you to hold on to given time table (10 slides is usually enough for this kind of presentations)
Lecture preparation room
Lecture preparation room and presentation check will be ensured. Working hours will be published in due time.
To make sure presentations will be held without holdups and for Congress program to run smoothly, we invite you to full cooperation
We ask for faculty and free topics oral presenters to prepare and submit their slides in preparation room minimum 2 hours prior to the time of lecture. Please submit your lecture on USB drive or laptop in preparation room.
Presenters, who are scheduled for morning plenary session, should submit their lectures evening before at least an hour prior to preparation room closes.
Please do not use your own computer (laptop, notebook) since their connection to the equipment takes time and will be result of time-table breach.
Technical support for lecture preparation will be available on site. Presentation with photos and videos can cause difficulties and lecture delay if not checked on time.
We are aware that oral and video presentations are private property and will be treated as such.
Identification badges
All participants will be given identification badge during registration. Only if you ware identification badge you will be allowed to plenary sessions and other congress programme.

Mobile phones
We ask of all participants to mute your mobile phone and if you need to answer a call, to do that outside of lecture room.
